Let's do this!

Jade Strider bears many similarities and differences with her canon counterpart and Dave's (hereby referred to as Jade Prime and Dave Prime)

• Jade has no real talent for the turntables or the sweet rhymes. She can, however, shred some pretty hellacious chords on her electric guitar.
  
• While she tries her best to do the coolkid ironic/sarcastic/deadpan thing, she is unfortunately simply far too sincere and honest to properly manage them.
  
• She maintains the Squiddles Fancomic "Squiddles Bring Happiness and Joy" (SBHaJ) which is enjoyed by the few readers ironically as it seems to be a masterwork of irony and sarcasm regarding the children's show, especially as Jade is ever so aloof as a creator. The truth is she puts her whole heart into making it and is 'aloof' only because she's not sure how to reply to such compliments. :|
  
• She also genuinely likes the puppets/plush toys Bro keeps around. This is partly because they're something he likes and he is obviously the coolest of the cool dudes so they must be cool, and that she honestly thinks most of them are cute and huggable. Any and all fetishistic enjoyment of them just goes right over her head. Yeah the closest analogy to this could probably be your little sister finding your Real Doll and thinking it was SUPER COOL because it's like a life-sized Barbie!
  
• She does NOT however make up names for them or anything like that, no, that would be weird and super uncool.
  
• ...She does sometimes arrange them nicely on the couch/shelves when Bro is not home and she's playing video games, though, and imagines they are cheering on her good scores! :D
  
• Jade really likes gardening, though an apartment in the busy city makes that a little impossible. Instead she has a detachable flower box on her bedroom window, so that when it gets cold in the winter she can bring it in and put them under heat lamps. She has been trying very hard to grow pumpkins.
  
• The scarf is from Bro, it was a birthday present last year. The tag has it labeled as 'Jade green'. She wears it all the time no matter how warm it gets. It's, um, ironic. Really.
  
• She still uses guns, as the closest she gets to swords is the bayonet on the end of the rifle. Her original gun was an airsoft.
  
• She is still a Prospit dreamer.
  
• Rather than being a narcoleptic (without Vriska Prime's attention), Jade is something of an insomniac instead.
  
• Her sunglasses are prescription (she's farsighted).
  
• She's still John's paradox clone sister (.................yes that means it was Mom/Nanna and Bro/Grandpa instead this is mostly because I ship Dave and Jade too much to stop now, even if I also am a Jade!Eridan/Red!Jade shipper) Normal paradox mixes, just... Rose wasn't as good as John was about aiming meteors. And you thought hospital mix-ups were bad. IT ALL TURNED OUT OK THOUGH. ♥
  
• New as of 12/24... unlike Dave, Jade pulled the trigger and reached God Levels while her fairy god troll tried to talk her out of it. This is due to two main combining factors - the first being that over the course of her adventure and failed time travels, the girl had already gotten rather comfortable with the idea of her own dead body. Shoot yourself? Eh, ok. She's doomed anyway, right? May as well make it a quick death. The second being she lacks anything that could be considered a rivalry with Rose, instead wanting to reach God Levels as well because she did not want to allow "her girl" to go through something potentially dangerous and scary all by herself. (Jade did not kill her sleeping self, however. Her sleeping self, being from a doomed timeline, was destined to die no matter what. She instead woke up and shot Alpha Jade first, knowing the plan. Alpha Jade merged with Dream Jade as needed, while Beta Jade ran off to do as much good as she could before paradox space eliminated her)
